Susan Block-Lieb, Cooper Family Chair in Urban Legal Issues, co-author Terence C. Halliday, American Bar Foundation Research Professor, and Edward J. Janger, David M. Barse Professor, Brooklyn Law School, will discuss the first extensive empirical study of commercial lawmaking within the United Nations. The book compellingly shows who makes law for the world, how they make it, and who comes out ahead.
