BIRMINGHAM, AL - Life Fellow Jack Neal, Jr. was recently accepted to the Roster of Neutrals for both Arbitration and Mediation by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The AAA's National Roster of Arbitrators and Mediators consists of accomplished and respected professionals from the legal and business communities.
Mr. Neal is a shareholder in the firm of Sirote & Permutt, P.C. His practice consists of General and Commercial Civil Litigation as well as Mediation and Arbitration. He is the former Chair of the firm's Litigation Department. Mr. Neal is the current president of the Birmingham Bar Association. He serves as a Bar Commissioner of the Alabama State Bar for the 10th Judicial Circuit of Jefferson County, as a member of the Birmingham Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees, and as a member of the Rotary Club of Birmingham.
