Tazewell T. Shepard, Alabama Fellow and Partner at Sparkman, Shepard & Morris P.C., Appointed Vice President of Alabama State Bar

Tazewell T. Shepard, Alabama Fellow and Partner at Sparkman, Shepard & Morris P.C., was recently appointed Vice President of the Alabama State Bar, a mandatory professional association, created by the Alabama Legislature and regulated by the Alabama Supreme Court, for all licensed attorneys in Alabama. Mr. Shepard is also a member of the Alabama State Bar’s Board of Bar Commissioners and a member of the executive committee of the Board of Directors of Legal Services Alabama. He recently organized the first statewide Civil Justice Summit in Alabama. Mr. Shepard has previously served as President of his county Bar Association and his county Volunteer Lawyer Program. Mr. Shepard is a federal Trustee in Bankruptcy for Chapters 7, 11 and 12, and he is the managing partner of Sparkman, Shepard and Morris, P.C.
