Herb Santos, Jr., Nevada Fellow and attorney with The Law Offices of Herb Santos, Jr., was selected as the 2018 Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Nevada Justice Association and was honored in a recent reception in early June. Mr. Santos was a 1991 graduate of the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific and is a member of the following organizations. Mr. Santos is admitted to practice law in both Nevada (1991) and California (1992).

 Mr. Santos is a sustaining member of the Nevada Justice Association, and a member of the American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association. He currently sits on the Board of Governors of the Nevada Association for Justice. Mr. Santos is also the Nevada Representative to the Republican Trial Lawyers Caucus of the American Association for Justice. He has been invited to lecture on various legal issues by the State Bar of Nevada, the National Judicial College, the Nevada Association for Justice and the Washoe County Bar Association.

Mr. Santos has practiced in the area of personal injury and workers’ compensation since being admitted to the Nevada Bar in 1991. He has tried thousands of workers’ compensation hearings and appeals. Mr. Santos has also tried numerous arbitration, jury and bench trials.
