Fellow William J. Delaney begins his term as President-Elect of the Rhode Island Bar Association today. Mr. Delaney has also recently completed his tenth year as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Roger Williams University School of Law, where he has taught Payment Systems, Secured Transactions, Bankruptcy, Banking Law and Commercial Document Drafting. His has just finished his first semester of teaching Commercial Document Drafting at Western New England School of Law, and has been engaged by Suffolk Law School to co-teach an Entrepreneurial Clinic in conjunction with Suffolk's Sawyer Business School in the upcoming academic year. Mr. Delaney is a partner of Delaney & DeMerchant LLC in Providence, Rhode Island.
