Illinois Fellow Daniel A. Cotter recently began his term as Treasurer of the Chicago Bar Association for the 2010-11 bar year, and is completing his two-year term as Treasurer of the Chicago Bar Foundation. He is also the new Secretary of The John Marshall Law School Alumni Association.
Dan is Chair of the Corporate, Transactional and Regulatory/Compliance Group at Lindemann LLC. In August, he completed his 8th Lifting to Lend-A-Hand fundraising event, powerlifting to raise money (Dan personally raised $30,000) for Lawyers Lend-A-Hand to Youth, a 501(c)(3) focused on one-on-one mentoring in disadvantaged communities.
