Ted Waggoner, Indiana Life Fellow and Managing Partner at the firm Peterson Waggoner & Perkins, LLP, has authored two chapters for the ABA Senior Lawyers Division's new book Second Acts for Solo and Small Firm LawyersWaggoner's chapters are entitled "Addressing Ethical Issues Facing the Aging Lawyer" and "Strategies for Dealing with the Lawyer who Refuses to Discuss Retirement". Waggoner has worked with numerous firms dealing with aging lawyers and the resulting issues.
