Segal McCambridge Elects Scott Henry as Equity Shareholder

Chicago, IL – Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney, Ltd. is pleased to announce Scott W. Henry has been elected equity shareholder.

Scott W. Henry (Chicago, IL) defends companies involved in product and premises liability litigation around the country. As national coordinating counsel, Mr. Henry manages toxic tort, environmental and multi-district class action cases. He also counsels companies in complex municipal laws and ordinance compliance. He is licensed to practice in Illinois and Wisconsin. Mr. Henry holds a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law (2000) and a B.A. from Vanderbilt University (1997). He is a fellow at the American Bar Foundation, and serves on the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance Membership Task Force. He also serves on the Chicago Bar Foundation Board and the CBA Board of Managers.
