Fellows and American Bar Foundation Research Professors featured in Academic Symposium

Robert H. Klonoff, Oregon Fellow,  Steve Daniels, ABF Research Professor, and Joanne Martin, ABF Research Professor Emerita, were featured on a panel of nine law professors at the Academic Symposium, The “War” on the U.S. Civil Justice System, co-hosted by The Pound Instititue and Emory Law. Klonoff, Daniels, and Martin were joined by Georgene Vairo, Myriam Gilles, Judith Resnik, Rich Freer, Cathy Sharkey, and Alexandra Lahav. The program included original academic research on issues such as the increasing barriers to court access, the current state and future of class actions, the disappearance of claims in civil litigation, and more.
