Kathleen M. Sweet, New York Fellow, Nominated by President Obama to Serve on the United States District Court for the Western District of New York

Kathleen M. Sweet, New York Fellow, has been nominated by President Obama to serve on the United States District Court for the Western District of New York. “Throughout their careers, these nominees have displayed unwavering commitment to justice and integrity,” said President Obama.  “Their records are distinguished and impressive, and I am confident that they will serve the American people well from the United States District Court bench.  I am honored to nominate them today.” She was one of six to be nominated for U.S. District Courts.
