Amelia H. Boss, Pennsylvania State Co-Chair and Life Fellow, Received the Homer Kripke Lifetime Achievement Award from the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers

Amelia H. Boss, Pennsylvania State Co-Chair and Life Fellow, has been awarded the Homer Kripke Lifetime Achievement Award from the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers (ACCFL). Boss received the award at the ACCFL's annual meeting in April. The Kripke Award, given to individuals who have changed the course of commercial finance law and practice, honors the memory of Homer Kripke, a former assistant general counsel at The CITIGroup Inc.  who was appointed the Chester Rohrlich Professor of Corporate Law, Finance and Taxation at New York University School of Law.
