Texas Fellow Edward A. Hartnett

Edward A. Hartnett has coauthored the ninth edition of Supreme Court Practice. This treatise is frequently described as the "bible" for practice before the Supreme Court of the United States. Hartnett is still living in New Jersey with his wife Mimi, son Eamon (17) and daughter Seton (16), and is the Richard J. Hughes Professor for Constitutional and Public Law and Service at Seton Hall University School of Law.
The other coauthors are Eugene Gressman, Kenneth S. Geller, Stephen M. Shapiro, and Timothy S. Bishop.
