Randall D. Noel, Tennessee Life Fellow and Past State Chair, was recently appointed by Govenor Bill Haslam as Chair of the Governor’s Council for Judicial Appointments in Tennessee. The Council for Judicial Appointments operates under the authority of Executive Order to interview applicants and make recommendations to the Governor when there are vacancies on the appellate courts.
