Mark B. Baer, California Fellow, has published an article entitled "The Amplication of Bias in Family Law and Its Impact" in The Journal of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. The article was included in an issue published in May 2020 and devoted to the topic of Bias. The Executive Editor describes the issue as follows: “This issue of the Journal is devoted to a discussion of bias, a topic we have heard much about in the past few years. We are fortunate to have contributions from experts who focus on bias in the courts, the legal profession and in the workspace.”
