Professor Nancy Rapoport, Nevada Life Fellow, Appointed Independent Monitor at UpRight Law

Professor Nancy Rapoport, Nevada Life Fellow, has been appointed as the Independent Monitor for UpRight Law. UpRight Law is an innnovative national consumer services law firm whose mission is to imporve access to the justice system. Ms. Rapoport is the Garman Turner Gordon Professor of Law at the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and an Affiliat Professor of Business Law and Ethics in the Lee Business School at UNLV.
