Marc L. Sallus, California Life Fellow, Appointed New Head of the Trust and Estate Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association

Marc L. Sallus, California Life Fellow, was recently appointed as the new head of the Trust and Estate Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. 

Mr. Sallus is the author of two Will Contests chapters in Decedents Estate Practice (CEB, Vol. 3) and Trust and Probate Litigation Practice (CEB) . He is a Member of the CEB Probate/Estate Planning Advisory Subcommittee. He has lectured on behalf of CEB, State Bar of California, Los Angeles County Bar, Santa Monica Bar, San Bernardino Bar, Beverly Hills Bar, and other organizations.

Mr. Sallus is a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and has been elected as a Southern California Super Lawyer and a Southern California Best’s Lawyer. Also, he is still playing trombone in the Los Angeles Lawyers Philharmonic and the Barristers Big Band.  Anyone interested in listening to any future performances, just contact Marc Sallus.
