Honorable Peter Buchsbaum, New Jersey Life Fellow, Publishes Article in Justice Magazine

Honorable Judge Peter Buchsbaum, New Jersey Life Fellow, recently had an article on the jurisdiction of the Israeli Supreme Court published in Issue 61 of Justice Magazine, the journal of the International Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists.  The article received praise from a former Assistant Secretary of State.  A retired New Jersey Superior Court judge, Peter also wrote a chapter on 'The Common Law and Climate Change' for a book published by Routledge on climate change edited by professors at the University of Utrecht. The chapter explores common law theories that might address aspects of climate change.  He additionally has presented on barriers to affordable housing at several international academic forums and serves as Co chair of the legacy committee of the World Union for Progressive Judaism.  Peter continues his practice as a court appointed master in affordable housing cases in New Jersey.
