James Haddow, Maine Fellow, Authors Two Chapters of Maine Employment Law Treatise

James Haddow, Maine Fellow and partner at Petruccelli,  Martin & Haddow LLP, is editor and author of two chapters of a new Maine employment law treatise released 6/25/19. The book gives guidance on statutes, regulations and case decisions on employment practices, employment transactions, and causes of action. It features such topics as risk avoidance, drafting employment agreements, and protecting workplace privacy.
