Pennsylvania Fellow Mary Kohart selected to serve as moderator in the premier Financial Poise webinar titled, "Intellectual Property: What Every Lawyer and Every Client Must Understand." Read more below.

Elliott Greenleaf's Mary Kohart, served as the moderator in the premier Financial Poise webinar entitled, "Intellectual Property: What Every Lawyer and Every Client Must Understand" on Wednesday, July 22nd. This webinar is a part of the IP 101 series and was sponsored by Financial Poise Webinars, the Chamber Wise Education Consortium, and West Legal Education Center.  The webinar can be accessed and a link is provided below with information on how to view the presentation.

Ms. Kohart and the 3 panelists are all leading practitioners whose expertise covers the gamut of intellectual property. She is a nationally honored commercial litigation trial lawyer. For almost thirty years, Mary has been a first chair trial lawyer with a concentration in complex commercial litigation including health care, intellectual property, securities, antitrust and products liability. Mary is also well known for her advice and advocacy in employment and shareholder matters. She has tried well over two dozen cases to verdict and presented oral argument in hundreds of cases before appellate and trial judges.
