David A. Collins is a Philanthropist Fellow and past president of the Board of the American Bar Foundation. Now retired, he practiced law as an in-house lawyer for General Motors and its subsidiaries, and then as Of Counsel at the national law firm of Dykema Gossett. Ellen M. Jakovic is the 2019-2020 Fellows Chair. She is a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, as well as a past Chair of the Washington, DC Fellows and recipient of the 2013 Fellows Outstanding State Chair Award. Ms. Jakovic joined the Fellows in April 2003. Read more here. October 1, 2019.

Malcolm "Skip" Harsch is an Illinois Fellow. He is the Director on the Commission on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity at the American Bar Association. Mr. Harsch joined the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation in May 2018. Read more here. July 18, 2019.

Honorable Adrienne C. Nelson is an Oregon Life Fellow. She is an Oregon Supreme Court Associate Justice. Within the ABA, she serves in the House of Delegates as the Oregon Delegate, chairs the Steering Committee of the Nominating Committee, is Secretary of the Minority Caucus and chairs the Western "Small States" Caucus. Mark Agrast is a District of Columbia Life Fellow. He is the Executive Director and Executive Vice President of American Society of International Law and a member of the ABA House of Delegates. Laura Possessky is a D.C. Fellow and Secretary of the District of the Columbia Fellows.
