Anne Shea Gaza, Delaware Life Fellow and partner at Young Conaway, was recently presented an award for “Outstanding IP Litigator” in Delaware by Managing Intellectual Property (MIP). The annual MIP Americas Awards recognize the remarkable achievements and developments over the past 12 months of the top IP firms and attorneys in Canada, Latin America, and the United States.
Ms. Gaza’s practice focuses on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation, especially before the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, where she has extensive experience serving as counsel for leading technology and life sciences companies. She is also co-chair of Young Conaway’s Intellectual Property Group and a member of the firm’s Management and Diversity Committees.
