The Hall of Fame’s goal is to preserve and foster the legal profession’s history in our county and to showcase the best and brightest lights to the larger community. Candidates for the Hall of Fame are solicited from the legal community every spring and then inducted in the fall.

David R. Frazer is co-founder and Partner Emeritus at Frazer Ryan Goldberg & Arnold, where his career spans over five decades and specialized in estate and corporate tax planning, exempt organizations, income tax litigation, and probate and trust administration. He also taught tax law as an adjunct professor at Arizona State University School of Law.
