Elizabeth Weldon, California Fellow, Announced as Chair Elect of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising

Elizabeth Weldon, California Fellow, was announced as the chair elect of the ABA Forum on Franchising. Her term as chair elect will begin at the ABA Annual Meeting in August of 2023.

The ABA Forum on Franchising seeks to be the preeminent forum for the study and discussion of the legal aspects of franchising. The Forum also seeks to promote full and equal participation of minorities, women, and other under-represented groups in Forum activities and to enhance the professional growth of Forum members.

Ms. Weldon is currently a partner at Snell & Wilmer, in their Orange County office. She is a Certified Specialist in Franchise and Distribution Law through The State Bar of California’s Board of Legal Specialization. Prior to being elected as the Chair Elect, she served as the Finance officer of the governing committee of the Forum o Franchising and as the co-chair of the 2020 Annual Meeting of the Forum on Franchising.
