Ohio Life Fellow and Ulmer & Berne LLP partner Frederic X. Shadley has been selected as a 2021 National Law Journal Real Estate and Construction Trailblazer. The list, which is released annually, recognizes legal practitioners who have made advancements in the policy and practice of construction law. Mr. Shadley uses his degree in electrical engineering and his 30 years of litigation experience to lead Ulmer’s Construction Practice Group, representing clients in cases related to the Fair Housing Act, design and construction defects, negligence, and fraud.
