Joshua L. Ditelberg, Fellow, was nominated by President Joe Biden to serve as a member of the National Labor Relations Board. If confirmed by the Senate, Ditelberg would serve a 5 year term as a member.
He is currently a partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP in their Chicago office. He served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at what was the John Marshall Law School and is now the University of Illinois at Chicago Law School. In addition to being a Fellow of the ABF, he is also a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
Ditelberg is Vice President and Past President of the Chicago Chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association. He has authored or edited numerous articles and books addressing aspects of labor and employment law.
