Kevin O’Gorman, Texas Life Fellow, Appointed as US Head of International Arbitration for Norton Rose Fulbright

Kevin O’Gorman was appointed to the US Head of International Arbitration for Norton Rose Fulbright on March 3rd, 2022. His experience includes commercial, corporate, energy, sovereign, treaty and project disputes. O’Gorman has handled cases under the major arbitral rules, including AAA, CPR, ICC, ICDR, ICSID, JAMES, LCIA and SIAC, as well as ad hoc disputes under the UNCTIRAL arbitration rules.

Kevin is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Center for American and International Law and the Board of the World Affairs Council of Greater Houston. He also previously held senior leadership positions on the ABA International Law Section and the State Bar of Texas Section of International Law.

In addition to his client work, he has served as an arbitrator in domestic and international cases for over a decade. He is admitted to practice law in Texas, New York, England and Wales (Solicitor).
