Lauren Stiller Rikleen, Patron Fellow, had an opinion piece published by Verdict, an imprint of Justia. Her piece focuses on the media response to President Trump’s executive orders and what she believes are the media’s two biggest failings in reporting on the executive orders.
Verdict was launched by Justia to serve as a legal commentary site, which allows columnists to offer their analysis of breaking news and developments in the law. Rikleen has written three other articles for the site since 2023.
She is currently the Executive Director of Lawyers Defending American Democracy and serves as the editor of Her Honor – Stories of Challenge and Triumph from Women Judges. She is also the founder and president of the Rikleen Institute for Strategic Leadership. She is a former president of the Boston Bar Association and a former trustee of Clark University.
