Please join the Florida State Co-Chairs, Jo Ann Engelhardt, Esq., and Kenneth A. Tinkler, and the ABA Committee on Disaster Response and Preparedness for “The Delivery of Legal Services in Disasters and Redefining Resilience.”

A presentation highlighting the American Bar Association’s work in disaster response and preparedness, including the Disaster Legal Services Program, and how this program has assisted disaster survivors for half a century. The program will also provide an overview of the delivery of legal services during a disaster, and how policies can improve or hinder recovery after a disaster.
