Featured Keynote: “Voice and Respect: Law Professor Perspectives on Speech and Bias” with Elizabeth Mertz (ABF Research Professor; John and Rylla Bosshard Professor of Law; University of Wisconsin Law School)

Drawing on qualitative data from the national “After Tenure” study, this presentation digs into the way perceptions of speech and silencing mediate U.S. law professors’ understandings of their institutional cultures.  Deeply embedded in the language of law professors lie clues to continuing clashes over values, bias, and struggles that will affect the future of U.S. legal education.

Lunch Available at 12:00 p.m.
Presentation to commence at 12:30 p.m.

The Fellows gratefully recognize:
