Peter Eikenberry, Fellow, Has Article Published in Federal Bar Council Quarterly

Peter Eikenberry, Fellow, had an article published in the 32nd issue of the Federal Bar Council Quarterly. The article is titled “The Current Executive’s Attack on the Rule of Law: The Firing of 16 U.S. Government Independent Legal Representatives.”

The Federal Bar Council Quarterly is a publication by the Federal Bar Council and the council is an organization of lawyers who practice in federal courts within the second circuit. The Federal Bar Council was originally founded in 1928, as a separate national organization for attorney’s employed by the federal government would not admit African Americans, including Francis P. Giles, an Assistant United States Attorney from the Eastern District of New York and several Assistants from the Southern District of New York.

Peter Eikenberry is the founder of Eikenberry Law, based out of New York City. He has been a Vice President of the Federal Bar Council, and has served on FBC Committees on Courts of the Second Circuit as the Chair from 2000 to 2003 and as the founding chair of the Public Service committee from 1991-1994.
