November 06, 2025

The Austin Bar Foundation (ABF) serves as the charitable arm of the Austin Bar Association, supporting programs that expand access to justice and strengthen the local legal community. One of the Austin Bar Foundation’s main programs is the Veterans Legal Assistance Program which was largely inspired by Tottenham’s leadership in creating the statewide Texas Lawyers for Texas Veterans initiative. Funds raised at “Teams for Tot” help support the Foundation’s work on behalf of veterans in need of free legal services.

Tottenham was recognized for his decades-long dedication to the legal profession and for championing efforts to improve legal access for veterans across Texas. His service has helped ensure that thousands of veterans receive essential legal support and advocacy.
