Maryland’s Top 100 Women recognizes high-achieving Maryland women who are making an impact through their leadership, community service and mentoring. Southern Maryland Women to Watch spotlights the work, dedication, talents and community service of women in Southern Maryland who continue to lead in their respective fields.

She currently serves as Chairperson of the Board of Education of Charles County, where she oversees the superintendent of Charles County Public Schools, a district with 40 schools, approximately 29,000 students and nearly 4,000 employees. Her professional career spans legal roles at multiple federal agencies, including the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Social Security Administration.
