1:00 PM PT – A panel discussion of “The View of Three Justices: Their Path to the Court, the Similarities and Differences in the Two Courts, and their Work in Addition to Deciding Cases” with:
- Oregon Supreme Court Chief Justice Meagan Aileen Flynn
- Washington Supreme Court Chief Justice Debra L. Stephens
- Washington Supreme Court Justice Salvador A. Mungia
The Justices will discuss their paths to the court, the similarities and differences in Washington and Oregon State Courts, and their work in addition to deciding cases.

3:00 PM PT – “Justice for Sale: Exposing the Hidden Markets in Civil Procedure and Finding Ways to Regulate Them Sensibly”

This program and lunch are presented in collaboration with the American Bar Association, whose members are integral to the ABF Fellows community.
