This early-stage research presentation will provide an overview of the agenda for a new project that investigates how landlords are responding to tenant protection policies during the pandemic, including but not limited to eviction moratoria, rental assistance, and eviction diversion programs. Join the ABF to learn more about the role landlords play in shaping the effects of tenant protection laws and inform policy efforts to combat residential insecurity and displacement during and after the pandemic.
