Featured Keynote: “How To Write and Publish Your First Book – and Your Second, and Your Third – A View from the Bench” with Hon. Frederic Block (U.S. District Judge, Eastern District of New York).

Judge Frederic Block was a small-town lawyer, a jazz musician, and a composer when he was appointed to the federal bench 25 years ago.    He has presided in cases concerning the Crown Heights riots, Kitty Genovese, Peter Gotti, the death penalty, and terrorism, and has received both accolades and death threats.  In recent years, he has also become known as an author, of the autobiographical “Disrobed,” and the crime thriller  “Race to Judgment.”
