The ABF Fellows CLE Research Seminar was held on February 9, 2013, in Dallas, Texas, during the American Bar Association Midyear Meeting. The seminar, titled “The Juice Isn’t Worth the Squeeze: The Impact of Tort Reform on Plaintiffs’ Lawyers and Access to Civil Justice” featured a presentation by ABF Research Professor Stephen Daniels.
