ABA Commission on Women and ABF Collaborate on "First Chairs at Trial" Report

"First Chairs at Trial: More Women Need Seats at the Table," a research report on the underrepresentation of women lawyers as Lead Counsel and Trial Counsel, is a collboration between the ABA Commission on Women and the American Bar Foundation. 

Authors Stephanie A. Sharf and Roberta D. Liebenberg, both of the ABA Commission on Women, worked with Robert L. Nelson and Commission Director Michelle Coleman Mayes to make this report possible. 2011-2013 ABF/LSS Doctoral Fellow Jennifer Woodward performed the data collection and preliminary data analysis.
