Michael H. Rubin, Louisiana Life Fellow, Publishes "Multijurisdictional Practice and Transactional Lawyers" for LSU Law Review

Michael H. Rubin, Louisiana Life Fellow and attorney at McGlinchey Stafford PLLC, recently published an article titled Multijurisdictional Practice and Transactional Lawyers: Time for a Rule That Is Honored Rather Than Honored in Its Breach in the LSU Law Review. The article analyzes the history of ABA Model Rule 5.5 and proposes some solutions. Mr. Rubin co-authored the article with Professor James Geoffrey Durham of the University of Dayton Law School.
