Susan Bandes, Illinois Fellow and DePaul Law School Professor, was recently interviewed on NPR's show "To the Best of Our Knowledge" about the the topic of remorse and sentencing.  Bandes discussed with host Steve Paulson questions including whether remorse should play a role in sentencing, and whether it can it be accurately evaluated by judges and jurors. The segment was called "Should Judges and Juries Look for Remorse?"
